Hi alinmelon and car, warranty is applicable when: Warranty claim WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD due to defects in materials and workmanships and NOT damaged as the result of abuse, mistreatment or neglect, accidents or normal wear and tear; watch tampered with/damaged by any other than watch authorized repair technician; watch case including crown, glass, bracelet, strap or any battery replacement, moisture or water damage.

For any warranty claim WITHIN the warranty period, Bodying Watch Clinic as a gesture of our service will assist all our customers to send the watch to the respective service centers on their behalf for warranty claim.

For any warranty claim AFTER the warranty period, repair service shall be performed for a charge depends on watch brands and the type of workmanships required. These charge will be correspondence for your acceptance and pre-payment is required before any repair work shall begins.

NOTE: For all watches send for repair regardless of under or over warranty period, customers are responsible to ship the watch to Bodying Watch Clinic.

Steps of Returns:

Step 1: Please contact Bodying customer service to raise a Bodying Watch Clinic inquiry. Please describe clearly the watch problems and indicate the Order ID.
