RM519 is Recommended Retail Price by Sole Agent for Malaysia. Retail shops sometimes carry parrallel import models, that only have carry in warranty - valid only at their shops.

Anyway this Everyday deal is still much better than the shop price, and my warranty is valid nationwide through any Casio Authorised dealer..

Sometimes wonder about the actual discounts given, just like the Soong Kee Beef noodles which is supposed to be large size, value RM16, discount 51%, when go to the shop, they give small bowl, which is RM5, + diluted herbal tea max RM1.50. for 2 person comes to about RM13. Even if the bowl was big it will come to RM15 only. Sometimes u guys really exaggerate the discounts given, or need a better calculator. Is this the fault of the merchant or Everyday?

strap fits all wrists as if you have small wrist, just take to any casio shop closest to you and ask them to make a new hole in the leather strap to fit your wrist.

1. If you are talking about warranty claims, since you are in Sentul, the nearest and best place for warranty claims is at the main service centre at Marco Groups, Jalan Segambut - behind Public Bank Jln Ipoh.

for warranty claims, you have 2 options.

1. on your warranty card you can register your watch online to get additional coverage.
you can send your watch direct to the HQ service centre at 2 Jalan Segambut. phone number provided. Service is usually complete in hours or next day.

or

2. visit any Casio authorised dealer, drop your watch and warranty card there, and they will help to send to HQ Service Centre. Usually this will take between 3-7 weeks, as the salesman needs to pick it up and return back to the shop the next month.
