The hefty wooden board was stacked with a variety of quality deli meats slices, obatza cheese, eggs, pickles, etc and all tasted delicious whether eaten alone or mixed and matched.... As as for the sausages, there were 4 different types and they all tasted wonderfully meaty and fresh, balanced well with the tart but not overpowering sauerkraut.(Loved that there was none of that horrid synthetic tasting low quality processed meat) The highlight for me that night was the Oven-roasted Crispy Pork Knuckle served with sauerkraut and potato salad. While the meat was good (medium tenderness and well marinated), the part that really stood out to me was the awesomely crispy skin - somehow, they managed to achieve a sort of "fluffy" crunchiness that was simply addictive.

The pork knuckle was extremely crispy on the outside and the flesh was moist and flavourful. The melt-in-the-mouth fat was so good it left me speechless for a few seconds. Portion was large enough to feed four adults and maybe two greedy Bangsar-Babes. The ribs were good stuff. They were moist and slightly fatty, with nicely grilled edges. I liked the sauerkraut; it was subtly tart with a light peppery kick.

The Pork Knuckle is thee best pork knuckle in Malaysia! I have friends and strangers saying it so! Keep it up brotzeit! This pork knuckle can serve up to 4 pax and accompanied with Sauerkraut and Mashed Potatoes. The mashed potatoes are not your ordinary ones, you have to try it to believe it.

This Oven roasted crispy pork knuckle served with Sauerkraut and potato salad really looked like Cauliflower (look at my food-gasmic face...lmao!!) This dish was a highly recommended dish by a friend and she was RIGHT!!! The skin is OMG AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the sausages were scrumptious (as in you taste actual meat than flour/fillers!), and thankfully none was overly salty. One can definitely discern the quality of the blend of spices & meat that went into each casing of the sausage! If you are looking into trying out a variety of gourmet sausages on a plate, this would be a wise choice.
