3 sessions r not enough for permanent hair reduction on armpit. Normally it is about 8-12 sessions. These are due to the growth of hair cycles , the thickness of the hair , the color of the hair , the quantity of hair and the hormonal changes of the body. It is worth it do the treatment as it safe you time , hassle of monthly maintenance, pain in waxing , side effects for many many years to come. Frequency of treatment is 1 month once. TQ Mr.Teh

frankly speaking, i tried once for the IPL underarm hair removal but would not recommend ppl to go for this beauty centre. The whole process is less than 5 mins. After the 1st treatment, they pushed very hard to ask me sign for the package which cost ard 3k and mention that i will get 5 free sessions if i sign up on tat day. (I have checked with a clinic for the price of IPL hair removal is ard 3600 and the estimation time for each treatment is ard 45 mins -1 hr)
The problem is --that was my 1st very visit to the beauty centre, how could the staff push so hard to ask me sign for the package for the 1st visit. The voucher was actually entitled me for 2 treatments. Eventually, i didnt go for the second treatment.

The long time taken in the whole process maybe cause by trimming of the hair. If it is fine hair or minimum quantity of hair,then it is fast. we do experience up to 30 mins. The consultation we allocate 30 mins as many people ask many questions about hair. Actually time doing the treatment can be 10mins-30 mins depends on which part.,hair coarse etc.
Nevertheless the effectiveness is the most important and it comes from the Technology. You are enjoying one of the world best technology .Check it out under VPL- Variable Pulse light !

I hv bought unlimited times of e light +rf+ipl for 6mts fr Symphony De Beaute, the lady boss is very good, she don't push so hard . She will explain and let u make your own decision. I feel very happy with her services so I will bring my daughter to sign up for upper lip hair remove for unlimited times for 1yr is only cost less than 1k .

DON'T BUY or patronise this place.This is the worst beauty center I've ever come across. Bought the same deal from Ilovediscounts and went to the one in sunway metro. There's a bitchy, bossy lady there who is like angry and unfriendly all the time. All she does is keep pushing her staff to hard sell and when customers don't sign up for any package, she would pull on a very long face. I really feel like telling her to go to hell. The bad service was not only towards me but other customers who were there too. Trust me when I can tell how many shots they give you for the IPL. FIVE! Exactly 5 shots on each armpit and it's over in 10 minutes time. Bad service and calculative. Don't think they are doing you a favour when you purchase this. They make sure you need many, many more times before you can get a clean armpit and I am not joking when I say they will just give you 5 shots on each side. Damn con job. I ended up not going for the 2nd treatment although the voucher is for 2 visits. Horrible services like this should be banned from all the websites. Their intention is just to make a quick buck and make sure you don't come back ever again although the voucher covers 2 visits.

We used world best technology for a small fraction of the price.For armpit or Upper lips - Our pulse or shots is 5-10 shots depending on the thickness, color,quantity,area covered etc.Every hair area is covered in every treatment. After 3 treaments you will notice sizeable less hair. Hope you are clear. TQ

Thanks for sharing the same bad experience I had (we and many more have had). I hope Everyday don't just post all the rubbish deal here and make us customers suffer in future. For merchant, you want to do a promotion, make sure you do it well and not end making us customer frustrated and suffer!

Like we all who use coupon there are all "Cheap plak" and don't deserve good service. If she is boss then speechless!! If she is staff, FIRE her!!! She is throwing business out of the door!!!

It's up to you people whether you want to get this deal or not. But it will be helpful to read through the reviews and comments to help you decide. As a general rule, people would not post up bad comments if the merchant concerned is good or even mediocre. But when there are so many negative comments on the merchant, then it is seriously obvious that the services provided really sucks. Trust me when I say you will regret getting this deal. You will feel so short changed and humiliated. I think its high time this particular merchant should revamp its image. Especially that particular bitchy and rude lady in the Sunway Metro branch. I should have given her a tight slap on the face and told her off. She should, never in the first place, be in the service industry.
She does not have what it takes to be in her line of job. All she did was push her junior staff around and harass her clients. Shame on her!

she only suggest me to take more session but never push me for it.

I had 5 session already.
the hair reduce quite a bit but still look dark and not smooth at all.
i almost wanted to give up.

How can you still claim that yours is one of the world best? In which way? Bad service? Calculative? Hard-selling? Humiliating? Bitchy supervisor or manageress at Sunway Metro? From what I understand, the previous deal that you sold was supposed to cover 2 visits but many ended up not returning after the 1st visit. Now you are selling this deal for 3 visits. What a joke? You are just here to make a quick buck without having to do much cos those who bought this deal would only manage to visit you 1 time and the other 2 visits would just go to waste. Your staff especially that bossy lady would make sure no one comes back after the 1st visit. Get it?

Just spotted your question regarding IPL experiences with other places. So far have only been to 2 others and I would think My Body Secrets at the Strand is pretty good. They would do as much as they can, unlike Praise which would count up to 5 shots and stop dead regardless of whether it is good enough for the 1st visit. The staff there are helpful and courteous. When my boyfriend came back from UK for a short visit, he went there too for his moustache without any vouchers. They charge him as 1st trial and he only pay less than RM50.00 and went back to UK a happy man.

Allen6699, I have not tried VPL before, but a bit afraid to try in your outlets as you don't seem to feel aologetics to what happen to the folks here.
Maybe you should explain a bit why the 'lady' behave that way and how you are going to deal with her (for Sunway branch).
If you are kind enough, give out some free sessions / freebies to the suffering folks to restore your reputation.
