I tried before their deal from other deal site...for BBQ steamboat buffet...BUT the foods is not nice as too much AJINOMOTO...6 of us felt damn thirsty after ate this.....and drinks is not include on that time and the drinks is not cheap..... RM 2 - 5.. end up we order so much drinks..really not a good deal

I also did tried before their other deal...the BBQ steamboat not so nice..further more when call booking time they say can accept the voucher, when go eat time say voucher cannot accept need pay normal price....damm shit....fireman is much much better......

I've tried their previous buffet deal too. So many flies. Food not clean. 8 of us went and 5 had diarrhea.

Verrrrrry sorry on your bad experience last time. We have done tremendous work to improve beter and better since before with new group of staffs to ensure better dining. Hopefully do give another chance and view again our outlets. Tell us the differences dat u can see ya..

We believe all the comments is good for us to improve but diff ppl wil hv diff opinion. We never stop to monitor on status of our restaurant. We even hv the responsibility to make sure we do our level best to serve u the best. Do give a try and view it urself ya. .

Based on our experience , our potion was told by customer too big. But we do believe its more than enuf for 5 people. As u seen, theres oredi 6 types of dishes for u. Not forgeting the dessert. Mayb the soup look small BUT PLS NOTE THAT IS NOT THE ACTUAL PORTION!ACTUAL IS 4 TIMES BIGGER!

i tried The Mill yesterday. Quite dissapointed with the food they serve. not much choice n only plain water served. I dont think ppl will go if they charge at RM100++.even with this promotion, i dont think its worth it!!

Most probably they reduce the choices of food after so many people using everyday voucher to eat the buffet...can't believe that a 5 star hotel would do that. Perhaps quality of the food might be lower as well. I am going to the mill this saturday as well...hopefully it is not as bad as u comment.

Well...everyday as well as Grand Mill has confirmed that their customers shall not be compromised on the quality and quantity on the food spread due to the overwhelming response...anyhow received alot of mixed comments from those who have gone on a makan spree!!

i've been to the mill before the deal, the food is not that much choice like you can expect from shogun/jogoya.
but the environment and service is superb, no idea now since gonna be flooded with ppl now

OMG ....i looking forward go there too ..but, after hear so many bad comment ...i dun think i have much expectation ...

I am sure ppl will give a good word of mouth of a bad recommendation based on their personal experience and services they had in a particular place (expecially their 1st time experience). As such, it is better the company not to offer the said voucher if they can't meet the customer expectation as per the advertisement (promises) made either via online/sms/tv/radio because this will create unhappiness and reduce customer headcount. If the company is to create more business and undying customers... maybe an e.g is jogoya (buffer style) focusing particularlly the fressness of the food, the food volume, quality services, quality food to serve the clients better and generate goodwill for times to come.

tried the mill last sat, a bit disappointed & not much choices. But the food still yummy, especially the shrimp! But some crabs r not so tasty. ya, they served plain water, but u can require coffee from the waiter, satisfied with their services. RM39.90 is ok for me, but rm100++ not worth to go.
Reminder: parking is rm7(i late 17mins) lol~~ coupon free for 3 hrs parking only.

I do see your point poshies but i also appreciate the comments from experience from those who went to the mill buffet or others. At least we know what to expect and not to heheh. Even a choice of one cordial or plain water is better. I look forward to the oysters but it seems like the choices are very limited? Honest and constructive criticism should be shared, you cannot find it here, you will find it elsewhere. It is everywhere! Hope everyday will take note and forward it to the hotel objectively. This is a chance for them to improve if they can take it in good faith and differentiate what they think is valid comments and others which they feel not justified. Booking on weekends are pretty hard i heard all full for the next few weekends? Hope to hear of some improvements soon. Unfortunate to hijack this forum since the mill one's is closed.
