We love the ambience here... feels like Boom Boom Pau was invited into a Sheikh’s palace... damn royal wei! Biryani Prawn – Hearty rice dish, spied with turmeric and topped with prawns... looks colourful too! The gravy that comes with it has a flavourful ‘prawny’ taste to it. We love the ‘Shatta’ that comes together... Shatta is like the Middle East version of Malaysian sambal, but tasted more ‘refreshing’ and gives more live to this dish.

Chicken Biryani came next, and the portion is actually very big. The biryani rice is awesome! It’s cooked with many types of herbs, and got some curry flavor in it, hence give the taste like fried curry rice. I really love the biryani rice, and LY was in love with Middle Eastern food in mere seconds after she ate it!

Tarbush Mixed Grill, A medley of grilled arayes, lamb chop, shish tawook, shish kebab and lamb cubesThe way the meat was grilled has retained the exotic flavour of the meat and was complimented by the right amount of spices and herbs. We absolutely loved the succulent, juicy and tender meat and the signature Tarbush garlic sauce that was a great accompaniment to the chicken and lamb. Definitely a must-have at this restaurant.
