the parking rate is monday- friday after 6 pm is RM 10, saturday after 6pm is RM 5, sunday and public holidays it is RM 5 for the whole day.

but Everyday got problem with being pro.... once I commented on a deal closed when still have many days before closing. They didn't reply my queries, they just shut off the comments section (say to avoid abuse), so I emailed them to ask, still no reply till now.

Everyday, I suggest you handle your clients professionally. Shutting off the comments section is not the solution. Neither is not answering my queries sent to your contact form or email is the way out !

I am your regular customer !

SALESADDICT:- i agree with you. Email to complaint and never been follow up. I have to call them up and another round of email was send, and no response. They only know how to SELL but donno how to handle complaint in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

I had bad experience at Korean BBQ Kucahi Lama and emailed Everyday on 3/10/11. It has been exactly 1 month and they have yet to revert on my complain. Other than selling, Everyday must have a good customer service dept. to serve disappointed customers.

And the silence continues....out of the many deal companies, this one has one of the most complaints. Well, probably cz there are many suckers out there.

There are no willing sellers if there are no willing buyers. Customer service is an afterthought here. Before u click on BUY, think many times again before u do.

Dear Everyday, i've bought 8 coupons yesterday but with 4 attempts (2 with visa, 1 with Mastercard & 1 with Maybank2u), system still keep on appear fail but my crd card merchant said all transaction has gone thru. Anyway, i've email to yr support@everyday.com.my yesterday night but yet to receive any reply. So far, nothing appear in 'My Coupon' yet, pls rectify as i was wondering whether it's consider bought or not & when everyday.com.my will cancel the extra transaction. TQ

I need to weigh in on how Everyday is handling customer complaint too. I made a complaint to everyday support on Designory, a massage service which I was totally ripped off from. It took me many, many, many emails, calls to Everyday and I was only partially refunded. I did not pursue further but if Everyday actually cared, they would realized I had reduced my purchases from them. I am just wondering how long Eevryday is going to survive if they continued with their POOR customer service skills.

Another vote on Everyday's lousy customer service.

Wrote complaints regarding two massage centers which failed to deliver their deals as promised; both cases were never resolved. For both complaints, a standard automated reply was sent out: "Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will revert to you once we have the solution," without much thought and consideration for customer's bad experiences and losses.

For the second complaint, three weeks passed and there was no news at all from their customer service team (in this case, a staff named Steve Kwong).

Talking to them directly was another pain; both the customer service rep. and the C.S. Manager herself was unhelpful, with the C.S. Rep. bordering on being rude and callous as he kept repeating to you, "We can not reveal that information. That is our company policy.", besides cutting you off whenever you talked and not willing to listen to your point. They don't have any customer service skill at all. Basically, they don't give a s**t if their deals went bad as long as your money has been transferred to their account.

I have since stopped buying from everyday. And by the way, of all the deal websites out there, this particular site has the worst English! Go hire people who can read and write proper English to edit your deal pages and give out answers on your comment sections! Your English is miserable.

This is like a typical China company with no professionalism at all. I hope you are happy pissing your customers off. Good job!

Chrisy, strongly agreed with you. Have you notice they even cut and paste the sentence and send us an email saying SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENT and bla bla. They didn't even bother to type. I know there are hundred of email everyday receives, if everyday.com plan to cut and paste the sentence make sure it same font as the customer email. It show again they don;t care. THEY JUST KNOW HOW TO SELL, but handling customer was DAMN BAD. Sigh.....

becareful when u buy the coupon here, maku sure u check ur bank / credit card statement that not wrongly /double charged.
I just experienced it. I clicked to buy 2 coupons, but they issue 4 coupons, then i think never if they charge me for 4 coupons since they issue 4 coupons to me
BUT, when i check my credit card statement, they charged me for 6 coupons ~~~!!
