Price increase from RM9.90 to RM12.90

Lost track of how many times i have had to file my complain here as this is the only place i can get them as several emails sent to them had been completely ignored.
Has been almost 2 months and am still waiting for my refund for the shuang dim sum(empire) refund. Their standard answer has been to wait for 2 weeks as will be sending in today for the 3rd or 4th time lost count.
Please improve your customer service before attempting to sell more deals. You guys used to be professional but it is currently lacking.

been to this place b4. What I can say that the all the set lunch as shown here are not price at RM26.90. Most of the set lunch price around RM15-18. If inclusive of tax still below RM20. This deal is not 52% off! There are only few set lunch price about RM20.

my family and i went to this restaurant cos i bought this previous deal from everyday.
oddly, my family and i didn't like this place and food. it's either too salty or too oily and the portion is small too (maybe we shouldn't expect too much from RM9.90 deal). 5pax of us ate 6 sets and still not very filling...
maybe it's just our experience seeing from others comments from above.
my on our experience, we will not go back to this restaurant again.. good luck!
