since this voucher is not include the hair cut, if i choose cold perm then i need to add in the hair cut fees right?

I bought the coupon from another deal for scalp & hair treatment, wash blow for around RM40 ...
When i was there, the hair stylist says that my hair is really dry n frizzy....ya it's true, that's y I came for the treatment.
He persuades me to buy a blue serum which cost RM50+ per small bottle..which only can be used once. So i rejected.
Then he treated my hair rudely.....already so dry... he doesn't have the patience to comb slowly....
Before I go, he doesn't say thank you at all. And no name card for me also.
You can save it btw. I will not visit this salon anymore anyway.

i tried this salon earlier this month and my advise is dont go for the lady stylist as i find her not very professional and also she is unable to recommend colour that suits me. I told her my hair needs colouring and tends not to be so oily after i colour it she told another staff who is there that "this is what I call u lied to yourself and lie to others" refering to my comment and snicker at me.

I went there with the intention of top up for them to cut my hair and do treatment and use the voucher for colour. I ask her what style,change, colour would she recommend and she didnt really have the heart to even hear what i'm saying just told me to choose what i like and tell her instead. So ended up i didnt trust her to cut my hair and just go with the colouring after spending some time choosing on my own.

They didnt bother to talk or even smile at me until treatment time when they want me to add $ to top up the hair treatment. Seriously I told myself I wont go back to this salon with that kind of service offered.

Thanks to the comments & advices for those who have tried this salon b4.i suppose thinking to buy it get for relaxer,since mostly are negative comments,i should pull back my way.i dont want my hair to get spoil due to bad service & push to add on buy more products.

If hair length is around 21 or 22 inch, is there any cost charges ? How much is the cut hair charges ?

i went b4 too..PLEASE DUN TRY their HIGHLIGHT..cos they really simply do for my hair...treat my hair like 'rumput' only....just sapu sapu d cream surrounding my hair....they doing 'HIGHLIGHT' way similar like doing 'HAIR COLOUR'...bear in mind they also doing promotion too...highlight/colouring rm60 only..so i dun think is worth it paying rm69 for colour/highlight....anyway i also wont bck again....

YES I agree with most of the people here. I DO NOT recommend this saloon at all even if is cheap!

I went there for hair treatment with voucher (bought at oth website).. They offered RM120 for hair coloring (after so called "50%" discount.

Their shop is not those high end shop as well.. RM120 can easily get anywhere.. for their kind of shop. and most importantly, the color I choose and the outcome is totally different!!!is so much lighter!!

Actually we suppose to choose 1 treatment out of 4 treatment available, but they just proceed with hair treatment without asking me which one to choose.. their hair treatment looks really low quality as well.. trust me! if you were there, you would know.

And to Everyday, this is not your 1st time posting M9 hair saloon deal. Alot ppl complaint about it and you still post out their deal just to make business. I don't believe you would really look into this matter.

Last time I faced issue with one merchant (Mona Story cafe) if you still can recall, you told me you have clarify with the merchant and promise that I can proceed with my redemption. At the end, you didn't even have proper clarification with the merchant and made me spend my time and money going to a place for no purpose.

I tried this saloon 3 weeks ago, I bought RM29 voucher for treatment, wash & blow, I top up RM60 for the Japenese Perm. After the perm, my hair spoil!!!! End up I need to go other saloon on next day to cut my hair for at least 4 inches!!! I swear I will never step in to this saloon for the rest of my life, even if it is FOC !!!

I tried this saloon before..sometime few months back. advertisment would always be very low but when you ge there, they will promote this and that $$$ which i dont think its sincere. I bought around RM30++ for wash, blow and treatment. End up paying RM300++ for some perming and cutting.Seriously i would not recommend anyone to go here. They really cut throat and i fel everyday shold not promote them in here

My 2 cent, Schwartzkopf doesnot work for me. It tangles the hair, drying the hair and bad result. Sorry.. I wont support any saloon that uses Schwartzkopf brand. Its the cheapest brand available with lousy result.
