Located in Taman Setapak Indah, this cafe is a branch from the famous Chong Fatt seafood centre in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Chong Fatt Cafe used to be a shabby Chinese restaurant. It has now transformed into a cafe environment restaurant after a massive renovation period. The main draw to this place is their fish head noodles!  Their fish head noodle is made by deep frying the fish head and then serve by putting it in the fish soup base. Other ingredients such as Chinese rice wine, fish maw, a dash of evaporated milk, preserved vegetables & tomato were added to give it a tang. Their fish is tender, juicy and succulent with a hint of sweetness.   Chong Fatt Cafe also has a handful of other yummy choices: Fresh Water Prawn with Fish Head Beehoon Soup, Deep Fried Chicken Chop, Pandan Chicken, Thai Style BBQ Crab, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Thai Style Prawns WIth Garlic, just to name a few.  The selling point of this cafe is the fish head noodles. It comes in many varieties with slightly different ingredients.The fish didn't taste oily and I felt it was fresh enough. I couldn't finish much of the beehoon since the serving was quite substantial.
