simonpj98 - Break time meaning is the time where the chef take a break and rest. However, there are still waitress serving as the dim sum is ready steam but during this period from 1pm to 2pm there will not be any new orders as the chef are taking a break. After the break, the dim sum will continue to be served until 4pm but the last call is 3pm. thank you. :)

First the redemption limitation is not stated at all, and it is only replaced by

For anyone who understand English, "Business Hour" definitely doesn't mean "Redemption Hour". Even more ridiculous is the break time which fall between the business hour, and yet the break time is actually lunch hour for most of us.

Please state clearly at the Coupon Terms, this coupon is for weekdays redemption only and not applicable for weekends and public holidays.

tan5317 - I agree with you. And whenever someone comments something not agreeable to them, they will just delete the comments as well. This has happened many times in the past. I wonder if this comment will be deleted as well. Negative comments are definately a no-no here.

Everyday admin - Probably you have a deadline everyday at 10am to upload these deals but in ur haste, u tend to leave out some details. Suggestion is work closely with your sales team (if u have one) to carefully craft out the details before someone actually buys it and gets dissatisfied. Although u can't please everyone, that is no excuse for half-baked service. News spreads like wildfire on the net and if you start losing credibility, people will just start going to other sites. Then there are those who are still sceptical of group buying and you do not want to lose first time customers as you build a loyal base.

as an auditor, i always like checklist. maybe everyday shld have a checklist on all the applicable terms and conditions. then when u post, u wont miss important details. sometimes missing details can be construed as misleading information. just a suggestion. :D

skipping this deal as well as there are too many restrictions. weekday ppl will be working and can only use for lunch. good for ppl who work around there but for ppl like me who need to travel, have to skip this deal even tho its very attractive.

So tricky and misleading... Everyday, please make it right at the first time. Hornestly how many people will consider the article as the terms because it is just for information about the offer and merchant only.

The most important is the T&C, which I am assuming this deal is appliable for everyday because it didn't state the validity of usage. Legality wise, consumer do have rights to use the voucher during the weekend or anytime they wanted.

simonpj98- what is the point of T&C? if there is nothing stated the deal is valid from 11:30am - 3pm weekdays only in the Coupon Terms.

Even in the coupon printout, there wont be attaching the article in the printout of the coupon. Therefore, if the coupon itself doesnt state the above validity, it means it is valid for everyday usage. Right?

I would suggest Everyday to correct the coupon terms or else nego with merchant on the validity ASAP.
