Use to trust facial offer in Everyday, but totally disappointed by Chanel Wellness‏ (Perle De Caviar ... Body Massage). The facial was done in a very rough way, very very unprofessional and they also simplified all the steps, all those listed are not provided without even mentioning, no foot soak, no eyebrow shaping, no hot stone hand massage, claimed using Ingrid M, but mix with cheap product. The highligthed "Bio Marine Extracts Ampoules" also not used. My face dry after the treatment, as the finishing product are not moisturizing at all.

If you have not use the voucher, make sure they show you the Bio Marine Extracts Ampules, open and use, otherwise they will close your eye with cotton and use replacement. And read and ask them what you should get, I just take for granted that they should know better of what to give. Most unpleasant is that I have my face hurt few instances as the beautician was very rough and with finger nail. But at split second, I was just too accommodating, so does my friend, as we share later on, we found that both beautician are bad ethnic and bad technique.

Complaint to Everyday a few times and still no reply at all after 3 days ! is the new supporting system working ?
