hi, how's the process of hair spa? what's the different between hair spa and hair treatment? does it includes steaming or just apply cream on hair, and wait for 10 mins?

highly NOT recommended hair saloon. Please make sure they use L'oreal product for the hair spa and not others. See with your own eyes.

They have almost the same promotion over here last month too.. I posted my bad experience there and I think everyday have removed after the deal ends.

Fyi, M9 saloon has promotion over alot website (eg milk a deal, everyday, etc). the one I bought was from Milk a deal and is also hair treatment+wash+ blow for RM19. They allowed us to choose one of the 4 treatment available. They also promised a 50% discount on additional services for milk a deal customers. While in everyday, they only offer 20-40% (around that range) discount on additional discount.

I went to M9 hair saloon and wanted to do coloring.. they charged me RM120 (so called after 50% discount). Do you think it worth RM240 before discount?? They are not high end saloon.. when u visit you will know. i still choose to do it there cuz RM120 is almost same as outside saloon price as well. They didn't even ask which hair treatment I wanna go for. The hair treatment looks like those "cheap" cream too..

The color came out is not even the color that I choose.. is so disappointing!! the color came out is so much lighter than the one i choose..

previously alot customer complaint as well.. M9 said they will refund for unsatisfied service.. do you think they really do so???? is a lie for sure.
