Dear Everyday Team,

I must say that some of deals are very attractive but your customer support service is terribly bad.
In the past I used to recommend deals to friends and invite new members, but I never saw any credit in my account even after I verify that some of my friends bought your deal / join.

When I write in to enquire, I never get any feedback after 7 working days, no reply at all.
Then I tried calling your support line and your customer support say that you have never received any mail from me, so resend the 2nd & 3rd follow up mail. Then I called again. No one seem to attend to me.

I am not the only person encountering this, but 2 other people that I know of experience similar encounter. Please buck up your customer.

As the merchant has already closed down, how do we get compensation for our vouchers?
Please advice as soon as possible.
Please also do background check on the merchants before posting their deals as I have have a few bad experiences with the coupons I bought from here.
