Dear Grace Lim, I understand why u wanna let go, isnt it due to the fully booking of weekend?
I felt angry too.. coz weekend is fully booked until the end of the coupon validation.
I understand that they sold 2300++ coupon.. but will it be so many ppl already do an advanced booking for 2 months earlier? I felt something weird.
First, they said cant redeem on weekend, then no ppl buy it, but after that, they change it to able to redeem on weekend. That's y it happened that many people purchase the vouchers.. But now, we only can redeem the voucher on weekday... Guess we should go to do a checkin every weekend.

I give you an example, let's say 4 people dining at the resto, and each of your have a coupon each, so you can just use 4 coupon on that bill itself.
This go according to headcount.
If you have 10people dining, then you can use 10coupons.
You can't use 6 coupon if you're dining with 5 or lower people.
I hope this settle all of your questions.

I believe the example should be as such....
For 4 person dining and each have a coupon, then 4 coupons can be used but in separate bills....
I had called the merchant twice on this and he specifically told me that even if 3 of us were to come with 3 coupons, only 1 coupon can be used if in 1 bill......
So for those who are coming in a group, please ask for separate bills if you intend to use more than 1 coupon...
