Today's deal looks awesome. I want it. Now what?
Just click "Buy now" before the offer ends at 12.00 noon, depends on how many hours left. Once the deal ended on the website, we'll send you a link to print your coupon or you may download and print directly from your LivingSocial account at “my coupons”.

Alright, I bought a deal. Now, how do I use it?
First, wait for the deal to close. There is a running clock on each deal page and once time expires, the deal will end. If the deal is tipped, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your deal is ready to be downloaded and printed. To print your coupon, you can either click on the link in the email, or sign in into your account at LivingSocial.com.my. Once you have logged in, please click on “my coupons” at the top of the page. Simply print your coupon, follow the redemption instructions (located on the coupon), and enjoy!

Does the Deal have to be used the same day I buy it?
Not necessarily. Each of our deals has an expiration date in the terms and condition section (listed on the deal page before you buy). Expiration dates vary for each deal, so be sure to read all of the terms and condition before purchasing.

Where is the deal I saw in an advertisement?
Some of our ads are an assortment of past deals we've run or deals that are similar to the ones you will see as a LivingSocial member!

I read the deal description but still have a few questions. Who can I contact?
Some questions would best be answered by the merchant directly. Why? Well, while Everyday worked with the merchant to bring you this great deal, the merchant is definitely your best resource for questions pertaining to practices and services provided. You can find their contact information by clicking on ‘today’s deal’ for current offers or on the coupon that you received the day after your purchase.

When does this deal expire?
We know you're busy so we always try to give a long enough period to redeem any of the deals you purchase. The actual expiration date for each of our deals varies but can always be found in "terms and condition" section of the daily deal page.

When is my deal ready?
In order to provide the easiest redemption process for you and our merchants, the purchaser list isn’t generated until the deal closes on the website. You can view the countdown clock on our site to see how much longer a deal is live before it closes.
We apologize for the confusion, but want to assure you that we are not keeping your coupon hostage. We will e-mail you as soon as your deal is ready -- normally the next business day -- so hold tight!

How can I adjust my order on the day I purchased?
To adjust or cancel your order on the same day of your purchase:
Give us a call at 03-229 73388, inform us the deal that you would like to change or cancel and we will do it for you OR
e-mail us at my.help@livingsocial.com.my, indicate the deal that you would like to change or cancel and we will attend to your request as soon as possible.
All these are applicable ONLY for ongoing deals on Everyday website (deals which have not ended yet).

My deal is marked as used, but I didn't use it!
We apologize for any confusion about the current status of your coupon.
The serial number of the coupon is generated via our system and only you snd the merchant have the serial number of the coupon, therefore if you suspected the coupon has been used, you may check with the merchant either the serial number on the coupon has been redeemed and when it was redeemed. We will investigate the matter.

you may call us and inform us regarding the matter and we will inform the merchant regarding that.
or
If you are unsure of whether or not you have used a coupon, please contact the merchant directly and they will be able to confirm the status for you.

This coupon has my name on it; can I let someone else use it?

Unless otherwise noted in the Fine Print, all of our coupons are fully transferable. For security purposes, the purchaser’s name (yes, that’s you) will always be printed on the coupon and may not be edited or removed. However, the holder of the coupon will be able to redeem the deal unless otherwise noted in the Fine Print.
Still, we apologize for any inconvenience, but after the deal is over, coupons may not be edited in any manner at any time.


ESCAPE DEAL
If I can't go anymore can I transfer my coupon to someone else?
If you are unable to attend your Everyday travel/escape for any reason, we've made it extremely easy to transfer the coupon to a lucky friend. Most of the coupon's term is transferable.

What if I miss my Escape? Can I get a refund?
We’re sorry you were unable to go on your travel! Unfortunately if you miss your travel, you are not entitled to a refund or credit. In the future, if you are unable to attend your travel deal, you can transfer your travel to a (very lucky) friend!

Oh no! I can't make my escape, what are my options?
Can't find the dates you want? No worries. You may transfer the coupon to a friend!

Is transportation included in escapes?
If transportation (e.g. airfare, airport shuttles, etc.) is included with your Escape, you'll see it listed under the 'coupon terms / highlights' on the deal description. Every Escape package is unique and because they're a great deal for those traveling from near and far, they may require that you book your own flights or transportation separately. If airfare is included with your package, instructions for booking your flights will be included on your coupon. Still not sure if transportation is included or not? Just give the merchant a call!


REFUND
What is your refund policy?
We will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem your coupon because the merchant has gone out of business and from case to case basis. Cases are evaluated individually because each one is unique.

Our general refund policy is that the customer may be able to request for a refund 7 days before the coupon expiration date ( Applicable for unutilised coupon only). E-mail to us your refund request that includes the coupon details, user id and reason for refund. We will respond to the request either via e-mail or phone call.

How do I change the email address on my account?
You may call hotline customer service no at 03-229 73388 and we will assist you to change it! Or e-mail us your detail to my.help@livingsocial.com.my and we will assist you.

I forgot my password or I want to change it.
If you are having trouble signing in to your account or wish to change your information for security purposes, you can reset your password in a few easy steps.
  1. Visit our forgot page at http://www.everyday.com.my/forgot_password.shtml
  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for LivingSocial website and click “reset password”
  3. Check your inbox for an email from LivingSocial and follow the listed instructions.
Note: You may choose any type of password depending of how you like your password to be. Once completed, you’ll be signed into your account. You can then access your coupons by clicking on “my coupons” in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Here you’ll find all of your purchases listed.

How do I find my coupon?
First off, thanks for buying a LivingSocial deal! To unleash your deal:
  1. First login to your LivingSocial account (Everyday.com.my) with your email and password
  2. Select “my coupons” at the top right-hand corner of the page
  3. Enjoy!

Why does it say I don't have an account?
It sounds like you receive daily emails but have not set up an account yet! You can create an account at any time:
  1. Visit our account sign up page
  2. Enter your name, email address, and password
  3. Click "sign up"
  4. Enjoy!

How do I change my subscription city?
You can manage your email subscriptions by following these steps:
  1. Log in to your LivingSocial account
  2. On the top of the page, click the city you want to subscribe
  3. Key in your e-mail address at “ Email Me xxxx Daily Deal” box
  4. Click “subscribe”
To change your existing subscriptions:
  1. Open the newsletter e-mail from LivingSocialMY
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  3. Click “ unsubscribe”

How do I change the name on my account?
Unfortunately, LivingSocial user id can't be change. No worries, you may create a different account and use the name that you preferred.

How do I view my purchase history?
You’ve purchased some pretty sweet deals in your day and we make it easy to keep track of all those purchases. Simply log into your LivingSocial account and select ‘expired’ in the dropdown menu under “My Coupons”.

How do I update the quantity on an order?
You may buy again the deal and add the coupons or if you want to reduce the amount, you may contact us to assist you further (before the deal ends).

Everyday accepts the following bank and credit cards:

Why was I charged twice?
Sorry for any confusion...but rest assured LivingSocial would never intentionally charge you inaccurately for a deal purchased. Due to the popularity of the deals, our payment gateway might encounter high volume of traffic which might cause some errors during transaction. Just give us a call at 03-229 73388 and inform us regarding the double charge and at the same time forward us the e-mail from ipay88 regarding the payment. Once we have all the details needed from the e-mail, we will make sure the additional charges are refunded.


STORE CREDIT
What are Store credit?
Store credit are a form of LivingSocial currency that can be automatically applied toward your next purchase. You can check your store credit in your account.

Can I gift my Store credit to my friend?
Once store credit have been deposited into your account, they cannot be transferred to another account.

How do I get store credit?
We will reward successful referrals with store credits. Come and join our affiliate program now! Start sharing the deals with your friends and earn store credit every month!

Can I exchange store credit for cash?
No, store credit can only be used for purchases on the LivingSocial's website and aren't refundable for cash.

When do Store credit expire?
Store credit do not have expiration dates. You may use it for future purchases at any time!


AFFILIATES
I shared the deal with friends! Why wasn't i being credited ?
Thanks for getting in on a great deal and for spreading the word about LivingSocial. We really appreciate it!
We will credit to your affiliates earning on every 10th of the following month only for friends that you share the deal with and they bought it! You will entitle for 3% commission and RM5 for new member!

I shared the deal with friends few days ago and i'm sure they bought it, why i didn't receive my store credit for affiliates?
Our affiliate system is purely automated and based on cookies.
Few possible situations where affiliates are not being credited/ captured:-
  1. Share the same computer with the referral
  2. Create multiple accounts owned by the same person
  3. Other person only click at the link posted by you but the person didn't buy the deal.
  4. Buying a deal from your own referral link.

How do I give a deal as a gift?
Giving the gift of LivingSocial is easy!
You purchase the deal, wait until it's ended on our website. Once you have the coupon in “My coupons”, you may e-mail or print it out and give it as a gift to your friend or family in your own creative ways


MERCHANT
What if the merchant goes out of business!?!
You will promptly get a refund. We back up every deal we sell.
Send us an e-mail with coupon details, user id, amount of unutilised coupon and we will refund the coupon amount to you.

What should I do if my deal is not honored as advertised?
We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your coupon! Please be sure to check the coupon of your deal, which is written on each coupon and on the deal page prior to making the purchase. If the restrictions that the merchant has imposed on this coupon are not stated in the coupon please contact a customer service with details regarding your redemption issues and we would be more than happy to help!

What do I do if I cannot contact the merchant?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble getting in touch with this merchant. We suspect that they may be overwhelmed by the popularity of their deal. Nonetheless, we completely understand your frustration, especially if the use of this coupon is time sensitive for you. If you are unable to use the coupon prior to its expiration date due to merchant contact issues, please let us know.
