I have stayed there 2 nights and could say - from the rest of hotels, finally was fresh and new hotel in Pattaya!
Hotel is located in middle of Jomtien and Pattaya, very close to Pattaya Beach road wich could reach with tuk tuk

We stayed here for seven nights and was very happy with aiyara grand hotel. the staff are very friendly and happy to help at any time. the rooms were very nice. the bed was nice and soft. the aircon worked good.the breakfast was good with many choices. the only thing i was unhappy with was the wireless internet kept dropping out and was slow. good location to get a baht bus either to jomtien or pattaya.
