Spent 5 nights in this hotel. stayed in the superior room, new and spacious. clean and staffs are helpful. i have enjoyed the stay. only tried the fitness center. also new and big. never been to a hotel with such a good fitness center. only draw back is far away from shopping area. but close to my customer office.

Was on a group tour to Korea. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms were a little small but very modern. I loved the toilet with nice little touches such as a small drainage channel next to the bathtub to prevent the bathroom getting wet and the heated toilet seat with bidet functions. Had a problem with the heating as it was winter and temperatures were at -10 C. Thermostat was set at 26C which was a little too warm for my liking and there was no way to adjust. Had to open the windows to cool the room but the problem with that was the construction sites surrounding the hotel. The ponding started at 7 in the morning. Free Internet in the room was nice touch.

As for the hotel itself, it's a good-class professional place with a nice lobby. The concierge staff and doormen are polite and able to answer most questions. The cafe looks good and they have most basic facilities along with free wifi on the 1st - 4th floors. The room is very clean and the bath is very spacious. I like how the temperature in the room can be fully controlled and all the lights in the room can be controlled from a small panel by the bed. The bed is firm with good pillows though no extras are given. There is an iron and ironing board in the room for people who need to iron their workwear.
