i read review from other websites says that only one room with air-cond, and the rest is fan, but if you want all air-cond room, there is an extra charge, is it true? as they did not mention anything above.

how far if we go to the seaside?? there can swim or for just admire? (may be dirty)

larry254: The apartment is 3-storey building, no seaview and 1 toilet per unit.

sykinmustaffa: Most of the rooms are equipped with 1 unit of air-con in the master bedroom with the rest equipped with fans. But not to worry as the rooms are well ventilated. There are 8 units of apartments that are fully air-con. Room upgrades to fully air-conditioned units are upon availability.

mervin1984: The nearest seaside is near the ferry terminal, which is 5mins drive from the apartment. It is not for swimming though. Alternatively you may want to visit Padang Kota which is 7mins away by driving, a place for you to dine by the seaside.

missing512: The rooms are well ventilated though they are with only fans. There is blanket for each bed.

Are you sure, it is complimentary to have all rooms with aircon subject to availablity? The front desk says it's RM30 surcharge per apartment per day. Blanket for each bed? According to reviews, it is more like an addtional bedsheet. Please clarify these discrepancies as I am considering purchasing the coupons.

It is a very basic apartment for us to have fun and gather with friends with an affordable price + with breakfast for 5. I think really is value for money... btw, rmb to bring your own kettle, hair dryer, etc and bathroom amenities cos i saw in the review, that if you need it, you need to rent it at rm5/day..

in future can u pls state the obvious. there r 9 rooms fully air-cond with an addn charge of RM30 per night. and not all the rooms are fully air-cond. pls do not be like one of the infamous travel agency which always promote online but with many hidden charges. they wld advertise their rates to various destinations with a catch by excluding airport tax and other compulsory charges. nowadays more regulars for this type of coupons are avoiding them like plague!!! do u want this to happen to u???

May I ask, what time does the reception work?
As according to their website, they are providing 24-hour reception, but when I call and ask for reservation i was told their reception work from 7 - 10pm only. whichever reservation after that cannot be made. Because we decide to come after work, will be reaching penang island at about 11.

But i was told that the order reference no. is only for 1 unit booked. how come like tat?
