Dear Yeentheng, the beds in the suites can only accomodate 5 person. However, you may add additional bed with a top up of RM50. A maximum of 7 adults are able to be accomodated in the suite.

Hi Everyday Admin,

I have called up this evening to Century Bay reservation to confirm if we can utilise this coupon on 5th Nov 2011, Saturday since it was NOT stated as part of blackout date.

The personnel from Reservation/operator has informed me that this coupon is not applicable!!
The reason they gave was although the date is NOT part of blackout dates, but 5th Nov 2011 is eve of public holiday. To add on, the personnel told me that the merchant can change the terms anytime. I feel this not valid reason as some consumer will just purchase this coupon thinking that they can use it as long not stated in the blackout dates of the terms.

Century Bay has admitted that it is their fault but to my dismay, they insist that surcharge will be apply although it is their FAULT not stating clearly and they are charging RM350 per night even using the coupon!

I am glad that I make a call to Century Bay right before purchasing this coupon. This is just not ethical.
What happen if I purchase this coupon and realise I cannot use it? $$$ just go down to the drain!

I hope you can talk to the merchant to make a correction on their terms to avoid other consumers having the same issue like me and frustration as well!!

Just because we like deals like this does not mean we can tolerate not getting what we expect to get out of the deal once we committed our money into it. Besides, most of us bought the coupon precisely because we wanted to go there on the dates NOT on the blackout dates to avoid any more charges. better not advertise at all if not sincere.

i very angry for this hotel reservation!!! .Yesterday (20 OCTOBER) after i bought the ticket i call to the hotel to make reservation but the receptionist told me the booking start on NOVEMBER 3. Thats ok......but later he tell me that the reservation for DECEMBER is FULLY BOOKING!!! If i really wanna book for December i require to pay additional RM 100 per night!!! Really WTF.......if December is fully booking u shouldn't sell the coupon for December!!!! I try to make reservation for December 2&3(NOT A BLACKOUT DAY)

is 9 & 10 December ok? I suggested this deal to a few friends for a wedding on that date the moment the deal is up. Looking at all the comments above I definitely dont want any of them come at me later and complaint. Well if they do complaint this merchant will surely go into my black book :P
