Hi, I'm a little confused with the redemption process. For eg, if I would like to redeem the ticket on 7/12 and use it on 12/12 there should not be a problem right? And before I can go redeem, I have to send an email 3 days in advance (ie: 4/12) and wait for your confirmation then only can redeem on 7/12?

Is it no necessary to email them 3 days in advance. I had emailed them once the voucher is ready, & provide them with the voucher serial number, & date to collect the voucher.

nsw_87 : FYI, The Wishing Tree is in Tai Po, another area in New Territories. Only the Walking with Buddha and Monkey Tale can purchase at the Ngong Ping Village or from us. Po Lin Monastery is just beside Ngong Ping village and can climb up the 400 steps at no charge. Wisdom Path is a walking path, no charge.

I'm confuse on the redeemtion process.
Can i confirm everything online and receive all the confirmation coupons online?
And i just need to print out the coupon and showing when we here there to take the cable car?

And can we request to have a private cable car, and we do have 7 peoples in total.

joeysoo: Procedure is that you must email to us your require day to visit Ngong Ping after you have received your everyday.com voucher and also the date to redeem at our office. then we will inform you that booking is confirmed and you can then collect ALL THE COUPONS at our HK office. Cannot send the voucher to you online due to you are required to redeem the Ngong Ping cable car tickets with the ORIGINAL Voucher from our office. Cannot request for the private cable car.
