Celebrate Mariah Day with a bang!

SHE bounced back bigtime with Emancipation of Mimi and E=MC2, proving once and for all that she is the Diva of Pop and R&B. Now Mariah Carey is back on with her new album Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel.

Universal Music Malaysia is inviting all Mariah Carey fans to get the album in conjunction with Mariah Day, today. Fans will be able to enjoy a massive price drop for today only in all retail stores nationwide.

Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel will be on sale for all album editions starting at RM25 for the Malaysia Edition, and a Deluxe Edition with ELLE Booklet priced at RM35. The ELLE mini magazine is a 34-page booklet which chronicles her life’s achievement.

A Limited Imported 3-CD collector’s Edition is also available for sale which features the three previous albums Charmbracelet, Emancipation Of Mimi and E=MC2, along with a space to place the latest Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel album.

This box set is on sale for a limited time only while stocks last. The first single off the album, Obsessed is already making waves on the air and fans can expect more of the same in this 21-track offering.

Working together with long-time executive producer Antonio LA Reid, Mariah  also teamed up with The Dream and Tricky Stewart on this album.

“She can’t take a loss; she has to do everything to the T. So it’s basically like we’re trying to make a greatest hits album without using the greatest hits,” said The Dream when commenting on the making of Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel.

The album features other notable singles such as H.A.T.E.U, a remake of Journey’s rock ballad I Want To Know What Love Is and features Obsessed remixes from Seamus Haji and other notable DJs.
