Nice to hear ppl are still travelling despite the economic situation. BUt, the website is stubbornly difficult to get in...either Airasia does this deliberately or at least get a better server, no?

Coolcucumber > Yes, airasia.com.my website is very stuborn. Actually their server is over loaded just like a warehouse sales he he. So need to be patient and refresh as many times as possible to reach the next stages in the whole purchasing process. Most importantly, everyone can get cheap flights :)

last time when they started this promotion, i book so many times keep hang.. but guess what all charged to credit card! when i call up they say website got problem, later book again.

after 1 month, the bill come.. 8 times kena charge.. rm1k man after that..

call the airasia to get refund, so dam susah? ask this ask that ask for credit card details FULL DETAILS SOMORE.. including the expiry n 3 digit number behind..

that time i a bit dumb.. go n give it.. =_= too stupid..

duno if refund or not or any bad thing happen..as it's my dad's credit card..

finally i ask my dad go air asia HQ at kl sentral find out his bill problem..
duno he go or not! he so lazy =_=

now already few years..each time promo i will think about this case!
