The SA forgot that they r just normal sales staff of the shop but not own it. Owz LCLY. After working hours they are just as normal as others. LV staff more friendly. :)

I am totally agreed with Angel & John. I went on the first day of the Sale at Pavillion to check out what's happening. Really dissapointed with the Sales Person attitude. My first step in their shop was like scanning machine from top till bottom by them. I hope if the manager could know this & make improvement then. Anyway, back to the sales items, normal price for classic range at the 2nd floor & the on sales items are at the 1st floor. Not likely to check how does the discount rate coz' in such unfriendly moment make me refused to stay any longer time at this outlet.

ya... they are just a normal SA. mayb u all can ask them whether they already bought 1 or how many at home?

Sales Man service will be better actually if compare with those sales girls...
If compare to all branches, KLCC is the best lar...normally i prefer to buy there...
Pavillion one i behtahan their look lar...
Their manager should train them well well only let them come out serve customer lar...

the 1st time enterance the shop, no ppl come n serve me... they just gave their stupid eyes looking at me like play play at the.... later i say, i wan have a look tis purse, no ppl wan get for me.... i directly ask other sales man come wit loudly sound, n he come wit his black face.... i angry say, i wan tis purse n take to cashier now immedialy.... i payment wit half cash n credit card...... finally, their eyes n faces changing to bright n colourful... :( ---> : )!!!! Pavilion, kuala lumpur, Gucci Shop!

TOTALLY AGREE on the poor service from Gucci at Pavilion!!! Thinks they are on top of the rest of SA just because they are working in Gucci!!! Gucci at KLCC service better.
