Long queue at many branches have to queue early before lunch/dinner time.No experience yet, but saw @11am+ already the queue was quite long and I think they only start serving near 12noon?

last year reached there abt 12.30pm +, really long queue, end up I gave up.... hopefully this year i manage to get the offer =)

I went to Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam. I reached around 12.20pm, food come 12.50pm!!! they not proper manage their staff. All kelam kabut. they using the method last in 1st out instead of 1st in 1st out. SO i am mad!!!

Even buy 1 free 1, but wasted my time for waiting, rushing back to office @1pm. No enjoy the taste of foods pun!

Just back from Kenny Rogers in Giant Kota Damansara, we reach thr at 1230, and the food serve at 1240. It was fast and quite efficient work from the staff. When we left the queue is not too long, roughly around 10ppl, I would suggest anyone who stay / work nearby thr to go thr.

Just back from Kenny Rogers in Jalan Genting Kelang, we reach there at 1130am and we get the food within 5 minutes because no many people there. Notes: We can choose side dish for the paid set meal, while the free one they decide for you. and the portion might be slightly different compare with the normal day..

Just went k.r.r @ tropicana city mall @ 4pm...not many ppl during that particular time...anyway we are not able to choose the side deals,as only mash potato,colestaw and red beans are provided...portion are less than a quarter for sure..A quarter meals cost about RM15.90...you can choose original,blackpepper or BBq roast...

In mid Valley @ 5:30... No ppl in Q
